OUR STORY

Built on family

Btwenty7 started in 2020, named after our first son B for Bobby-Leigh and 27 for the date he was born.
What began as a small takeaway counter in The Bus Stop Shop, Enniscorthy, quickly grew thanks to local support and the community that gathered around it. Conor had been working in the Bus Stop Bakery, a fixture in the town since 1995. That experience gave us a real feel for the trade and for the customers who make it worthwhile.

From One Hatch…….

Our first real milestone came that Christmas with the Btwenty7 Snowglobe in Enniscorthy.

Btwenty7 Bunclody

Soon after, we opened Btwenty7 Bunclody on Ryland Road, the town where we both went to school.

Waterford Drive Thru in

In 2022, we opened our first Drive Thru in Waterford. It was new territory and a big step for us, but it proved that what worked at home could travel.

Bridgepoint, Enniscorthy

By 2023, we moved our brunch café to Bridgepoint, Enniscorthy, keeping the Bus Stop as a takeaway alongside Swaines Bakery, which now produces many of our baked goods.

New Ross Drive Thru

2024 brought our New Ross Drive Thru at Marshmeadows.

Freshly roasted, full of character

2025 saw our Ardcavan (Wexford) and Scarawalsh Drive Thrus open, along with our Roastery and Wholesale partnerships…roasting all our beans in-house for the first time.

What’s Next

In early 2026, we’ll open our Production Kitchen, expanding our catering and baked range for all locations and wholesale partners. We’re also preparing to open in Gorey, another town we’re proud to join.

What We Believe

We’re still a family-run business, built on the same principles we started with good coffee, consistency, and community. We work with local producers and small coffee farms around the world, choosing partners who share those values.
