Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. During busy periods or product launches, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We do our best to keep shipping fees fair and transparent.

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location:

Domestic Orders: Usually delivered within 2–5 business days.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by country; most arrive within 7–14 business days.

Please note that customs processing may extend delivery times for international orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link (where available) so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

Returns & Refunds

Coffee Returns

As coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we’re unable to accept returns based on taste preferences or if the bag has been opened. However, if there is an issue with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product — please contact us as soon as possible, and we will make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number and a brief description (photos are helpful). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Equipment & Merchandise Returns

Unused brewing equipment or merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the transaction to be processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
