Description
This regional Colombian blend comes from the lush highlands of Huila, one of the country’s most respected coffee growing regions. Sourced from various smallholder farms between 1,750 and 1,950 masl, this washed Arabica blend reflects the combined skill, tradition, and care of producers who rely on sustainable and time honoured farming practices. Huila’s volcanic soils, temperate climate, and steady rainfall create exceptional growing conditions, allowing each contributing farm to produce cherries rich in sweetness and clarity. Through meticulous hand picking and washed processing, these lots are brought together to create a beautifully balanced, aromatic expression of southern Colombia’s diverse terroir.

Producer Story
This coffee is the result of collaboration among multiple smallholder producers across the Huila region. Each farmer cultivates classic Colombian varieties Caturra, Castillo, and Bourbon using traditional methods passed down through generations. Harvested between September and December, cherries are carefully picked by hand to ensure optimal ripeness. The washed process used across these farms brings consistency, clarity, and a refined expression of the region’s character. Together, these producers create a regional blend that captures Huila’s reputation for sweetness, bright acidity, and layered fruit complexity.
Why We Love it
The Huila Regional Blend offers a vibrant yet elegant cup, with sugarcane sweetness, orange and peach fruit notes, and a gentle nutty richness. Its bright acidity and medium body create a balanced, versatile profile, while the wine-like finish adds sophistication and depth. It’s a standout everyday Colombian coffee clean, expressive, and a perfect showcase of Huila’s renowned quality.
