FAQ’s

Where do your coffees come from?

We source our coffees directly from quality-driven producers and smallholder farms across some of the world’s most renowned coffee-growing regions. Each coffee is chosen for its unique flavour profile, traceability, and the dedication of the people behind it. Our current range includes coffees from Colombia, Rwanda, Brazil, and other exceptional origins, with every lot selected through responsible sourcing and strong relationships with producers. Whether it’s a single farm, a regional blend, or a specialty decaf, each coffee is carefully curated to showcase the best of its region and terroir.

How do you choose the farms and producers you work with?

We partner with producers who prioritise quality, sustainability, and responsible farming practices. Every coffee we select is evaluated for its flavour, transparency, and the care taken at every stage—from cultivation to processing. We work with farms and smallholder groups who hand-pick ripe cherries, use environmentally conscious methods, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship. By choosing coffees with clear traceability and strong producer stories, we ensure that each bag not only tastes exceptional but also supports the people and communities behind it.

Are your coffees ethically or sustainably sourced?

Yes — we make sure every coffee we offer is sourced with ethics and sustainability in mind. We work with producers and cooperatives who prioritise fair compensation, responsible farming practices, and long-term environmental stewardship. Many of the farms we feature invest in reforestation, water conservation, soil health, and community development. By choosing coffees with full traceability and transparent supply chains, we ensure that your purchase supports growers directly and contributes to more sustainable coffee production from seed to cup.

How should I store my coffee for maximum freshness?

To keep your coffee tasting its best, store it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid keeping it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture and fluctuating temperatures can damage the beans. If your coffee comes in a resealable bag with a one-way valve, you can keep it in that bag as long as it’s sealed tightly after each use. Freshness peaks within the first few weeks after roasting, so buying smaller amounts more often is the best way to enjoy consistently great flavour.

Do you offer grind options, or is coffee sold whole bean only?
