Our roastery runs on the IMF 60, a roaster designed to bring out the best in every bean. Its advanced hot-air system keeps the temperature perfectly steady throughout the roast, meaning every bean develops evenly and cleanly. The machine also reuses heat efficiently, reducing energy waste while helping us achieve beautifully consistent results. With smart controls that let us fine-tune airflow, drum speed and heat, we can shape each roast profile exactly the way we want it….whether it’s a bright, fruity coffee or something richer and deeper.
